PURPOSE:To execute efficiently and quickly the batch correction, by providing the first program having a function for updating a file by correcting a specified item, and the second program for repeating the first program concerned. CONSTITUTION:A pointer 5 is positioned in a record of the head address of a file in a block 1, subsequently, a record (m) indicated by the pointer 5 is read in a memory 4 in a block 2, an item 6 designated by the record (m) is corrected to a designated value in a block 3, and it becomes a record m'. Subsequently, the corrected record m' is written in a record indicated by a pointer 5' in a block 4, the pointer 5' is advanced to the following step in a block 5, said operation is repeated until an EOF flag becomes on, and the batch correction is ended. |
