PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a copying machine, by turning and driving the 2nd latent image carrier so as to enclose the 1st latent image carrier, forming a secondary electrostatic latent image basing on a primary electrostatic latent image, and developing the electrostatic latent image induced on the outside circumferential surface of the 2nd latent image carrier with a toner therby obtaining a copy. CONSTITUTION:The invention relates to a method for using two latent image carriers, forming a primary electrostatic latent image as a master image on the surface of the 1st latent image carriers, forming a secondary electrostatic latent image on the surface of the 2nd latent image carriers, basing on said image and developing said image. The 2nd latent image carrier 2 with respect to the 1st latent image carrier 1 to be rotated and driven is constituted as a tubular body which is turned and driven so as to enclose the body 1. The secondary electrostatic latent image is formed on the inside circumferential surface of the carrier 2 basing on the master image on the surface of the carrier 1, and the electrostatic latent image induced on the outside circumferential surface of the carrier 2 basing on said secondary electrostatic latent image is developed with a toner and the image developed with the toner is transferred to a transfer machine P. |
