摘要 PURPOSE:To improve operative durability of a valve, by applying rotary torque to a permanent magnet with the parallel magnetic field generated from an electromagnetic coil and regulating a flow through rotary motion of the permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 29 of disc shape is fixed onto a rotary shaft 22, and a pair of air-core electromagnetic coils 33, 34 are arranged to the outside of this magnet 29. If a signal current is applied to flow in the coils 33, 34, the current flow in the both coils 33, 34 in such a manner that the parallel magnetic field acts on the magnet 29 from the coil 34 through the permanent magnet 29, coil 33 and a body 15, and because the rotary shaft 22 rotates, also a rotary valve 24 is turned, then communication holes 25, 26 are controlled to be opened and closed. Inputs from input ports 11, 12 supply a negative pressure in accordance with an opening of the holes 25, 26 to an output port 13. An effective diameter of the rotary valve 24 is almost equal to a diameter of the rotary shaft 22.
