<p>PURPOSE:To perform record/reproduction with plural cassette tapes, by providing the 1st and 2nd cassette loading parts, the 1st and 2nd magnetic heads, and the 1st and 2nd rollers which drive selectively either one of plural cassette tapes. CONSTITUTION:When a record button is pushed after loading cassettes A and B to their loading parts A' and B' respectively, a motor 8 starts immediately its revolution. In this case, the operation of a solenoid 9a is discontinued by a control circuit 20. Therefore a pinch roller 3a is press-contacted with a capstan roller 5a to hold and transport a tape 4a. When a feed part 13 at the initiation side of the tape 4a is set as opposed to an erasing head EH1, a metallic thin film 14 is detected by the head EH1. Then a signal is transmitted to a recording head RH1 from the circuit 20 with a time delay t1. Thus the head RH1 is made workable. When the termination of the tape 4a is detected, the operation of a solenoid 9b is released by the circuit 20. Then a pinch roller 3b is press-contacted with a capstan roller 5b to transport a tape 4b. Thereafter the recording is performed only to a cassette B.</p> |
