PURPOSE:To execute correctly an built-in control and a detaching control without exerting undesired influence on an operation state under a majority decision principle, by preparing at least an under-normal operation mode, an under-detachment mode, an under-incorporation mode and an under-consideration mode, as modes of each data processing system. CONSTITUTION:Each data processing system 1 has four modes, and each separate data processing system 1A through 1D holds in which mode of said modes each data processing system 1 in a composite system is, in system state control tables 10A through 10D, respectively. Also, how a data base 2 is being used at present can be grasped by data base using state tables of 11A to 11D. When each data processing system of 1A to 1D executes the access to the data base 2, it, as it were, discusses this matter with other data processing system, obtains an approval under the majority decision principle and executes access-serializing by an exclusive control. |
