PURPOSE:To suppress a quantity of NOX and SOX generated during opration to a given value irrespective of a fluctuation in load, by a method wherein an air ratio in layer is set by providing the temperature in layer in a function relation of an optimum temperature in layer to an air ratio in layer in order to suppress the quantity, to be set based on a test previously made, of NOX and SOX being generated. CONSTITUTION:From the properties of a quantity of NOX and SOX generated to a temperature in layer, a function relation of a temperature in layer, optimum to suppression of the NOX and SOX, to an air ratio in layer is set on the basis of an experiment, and based on the function relation, a temperature in layer calculated by a computing circuit 17 is inputted to a function generator 18, resulting in outputting the signal representing an air ratio in layer to a line 19. The air ratio in layer outputted to the line 19 and the flow rate of a theoretical air outputted to a line 15 are multiplied by a computing circuit 20 to output a primary air flow rate, and a control is conducted on the flow rate of the primary air fed from the bottom of a fluidized-bed boiler 1. |
