PURPOSE:Three plates are set to guide bobbins to the outlet of the front hopper, thus permitting the steady set of bobbins to the spindles at the outlet. CONSTITUTION:In the titled bobbin-feeding device where bobbins 1 fed from the back hopper is kept inclined to the front hopper 5 and every time the top of a spindle passes the slit 7 at the bottom 6 of the front hopper, the top comes into the bottom hole 8 of a bobbin 1, which is drawn out of the hopper 5, three plates 11, 12, and 13 are fitted to guide bobbins 1 to the outlet 10 of the front hopper. The first guiding plate 11 is mounted to the wall 14' at the bottom to surround the outlet 10 so that the space for drawing out bobbins 15 is formed between the top end of the guiding plate and the outlet wall 14. The second guiding plate 12 is set on the first guiding plate 11 and the wall 14 with the bobbin-guiding space 15 and the top is projected above the space 15. The third guiding plate 13 is fitted to the inside surface of the wall 16 forming the front upper edge of the bobbin outlet 10. |
