PURPOSE:To perform sawing-off and deburring at the same time, by providing frictional cutters in a parallel and radial manner on the sides of a saw to frictionally grind the sawed-off surfaces simultaneously with their sawing-off. CONSTITUTION:An appropriate number of frictional cutters 5 are provided on both the sides 3A, 3B of a saw 3 near its sawing edges 4 so that the cutters are located at prescribed intervals in the direction of a concentric circle. The frictional cutters 5 extend parallel with the sides 3A, 3B of the saw 3 and have a nearly rectangular parallelepipedic shape and a rectangular cross section. The cutter 5 frictionally cut the sawed-off surfaces to smooth and deburr them. |
