The present invention relates to a rotor grafting machine, in particular for viticulture, comprising an electric motor provided with a rotor 3 fixed on its axis, on which rotor is mounted a drill 6. According to the invention, the rotor 3 is in friction contact, on each of its sides, with two further rotors 4 and 5 termed left-hand and right-hand rotors, and in that cutting knives 10 are mounted on the front surface of the right-hand rotor 5, along a diameter by means of knife holders, whilst the surface of the left-hand rotor 4 is equipped with knife holders 14 on which are mounted opposite one another cutting knives 15 and scrapes knives 16. <IMAGE>
