发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ORGANIC SOLVENT BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an organic solvent battery with improved leakageproofness and storage characteristics by separately forming thin coats made of synthetic resin on the surface of a sealing section for both a battery case and a sealing plate and welding the mutual thin coats by means of ultrasonic radiation. CONSTITUTION:A thin coat 6 made of synthetic resin, such as polypropylene is formed at the side that confronts the sealing section for both a battery case 2 used additionally as a positive electrode and a sealing plate 5 used additionally as a negative electrode terminal by the flow immersion method, etc. Contents are contained in this battery case 2 and the sealing plate 5 that forms a thin coat 7 made of synthetic resin on the sealing surface is fit on this case 2. The thin coats 6 and 7 made of synthetic resin are mutually welded by irradiating the sealing section with ultrasonic waves after sealing this battery by caulking. As a result of this method, an organic solvent battery that does not affect a peripheral section, enables local welding, suppresses the evaporation from the sealing section of an electrolytic solvent during high temperature storage, and does not deteriorates the battery characteristics after storage can be obtained.
