PURPOSE:To discharge chips made in shearing with punches and dies, to the outside through the hole of a bolster, by providing shooters sloping down under the dies to the hole of the bolster. CONSTITUTION:After shearing with punches 8a, 8b, 8c and dies 4a, 4b, 4c is finished, a push plate 9 is moved up and the thrusting force for the shearing is removed. A punch plate 7 is then returned. Consequently, push rods 12, 12 stop pushing shooters 10, 10, so that the shooters obliquely drop toward a hole 2. Because of the vibration of the shooters 10, 10 at the time of the dropping, chips received on them go down their slopes and enter into a receiving box A. The chips are thus removed. |
