Mobile tapping unit for refreshing beverages, in particular beer. The tapping unit comprises a cooling device for the refreshing beverage capable of being withdrawn from a storage container via a beverage line, and a pressure generator for generating a pressure which acts on the beverage in the storage container. An air compressor is provided as the pressure generator.
