PURPOSE:To automate a time correction after clocking operation by determining the maximum count number of the counting and storing circuit for correction and return of an analog time displaying means on the basis of the number of driving pulses corresponding to the longest period of the time displaying means. CONSTITUTION:A pulse motor 6 is driven by a return-to-zero pulse phi3b and a clocking pulse phi2b to make a return to zero and then a minute hand is rotated by one round for 30min to perform chronograph's functions. Then when time display mode is set with the switch 8 of an operation switching part 7, an AND gate 38 is opened to output a time correcting pulse phi3c. A reversible counter 26 having counted the time when a time information storage circuit 25 is in clock mode counts down to zero and then an AND gate 34 is opened to apply the pulse phi3c to a counter 29 with a drive number of 720 pulses corresponding to the longest period of the time displaying means by a minute hand for counting the pulses phi2b and phi3b, and the gate 38 is closed through an AND gate 35 and the FF11 of the switching part 7 when the counter reaches the maximum value to make a time correction automatically by pulses phi3c during the gate opening period. |
