PURPOSE:To promote exothermic reaction and to availably recover reaction heat, in generating gas phase reaction accompanying heat generation in a liquid phase having catalyst particles suspended therein, by arranging a heat conductive pipe group in the liquid phase and the formed gas phase to rapidly absorb reaction heat. CONSTITUTION:A funnel shaped part 1 is formed to the bottom part of a cylindrical reaction vessel and a gas blow-in port 6 is provided to the upper side wall thereof by drilling to form a ring header 5 in the space with the barrel part 2 of the vessel. Heavy oil having many catalyst particles suspended therein is introduced into the vessel while a stock gas supplied from a nozzle is blown into heavy oil and a gaseous reaction product is formed by exothermic reaction due to the catalyst to be taken out from an outtake port 9 while collected in the upper space. In this case, a heat conductive pipe 10 is arranged in heavy oil while a heat conductive pipe 12 is also provided in the upper space filled with a high temp. product gas to promote exothermic reaction through the absorption of reaction heat generated in heavy oil and the sensible heat of the product gas is recovered to be utilized in heating boiler water W. |
