The invention relates to a displaceable total body irradiation apparatus suitable for use in the domestic field. The apparatus is provided with four reflectors (8) which are curved according to a parabola with a parameter p and whose focal lines extend at a certain relative distance parallel to each other. The parameter p has a value between 70 mm and 30 mm and the depth of each reflector (8) is at least p mm. The irradiation field (12) irradiated by means of the aparatus has a major axis (m min ) parallel to the focal lines of the reflectors (8). |
