PURPOSE:To control freely the coefficient of expansion of a working fluid of the titled device by a method wherein the throttle of a fluid discharging outlet part is provided at the working fluid supplying side inside of a rotor journal part, the divergence of the throttle is adjusted to control the flow rate of the working fluid and the fluid remaining pressure at the fluid discharging inside of a working chamber. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 2 provided with a rotor journal 3 is pivoted inside of a rotor housing 1 formed as the double-peritrochoid shape. A fluid supplied from a working fluid supplying side passage 5 provided inside of an eccentric shaft is introduced into a rotor side passage 7 through a fluid passage 6 inside of the rotor journal part. When a movable gate 13 is moved by the rotation of a driving shaft 14, an opening part dimension 20 of the passage 6 is adjusted. The working fluid supply is stopped when the rotating degree of said movable gate 13 is small or large, accordingly, the working fluid remaining pressure discharged from a working chamber 4 is adequately maintained. |
