The vehicle comprises two coaxial wheels 10, 11 of which at least one is a driving wheel, a driving mechanism including means in the form of ropes 16, 17 for converting linear motion into rotary motion to drive the driving wheel, a third and steering wheel 12 and a brake for braking at least one of the said wheels. Pedal 19 may be used for either steering the vehicle or for applying brakes 23, 24 through ropes 21, 22 attached to the brakes and to a plate mounted on the underside of the pedal. <IMAGE> |
