PURPOSE:To shorten the time of building steel sheet piles by using a system in which the second steel sheet pile is fed and overlapped by means of an electromagnet onto the first steel sheet pile fed and brought down by an electromagnet. CONSTITUTION:A builder body 1 for a steel sheet pile Y placed on rails 2a and 2b is moved in the directions of A and B by motors 3a and 3b for running purpose, and a hanging part 6 provided to a trolley 4 at the center of the body 1 is vertically moved in the directions of C and D by a motor 7 for winding purpose. Then, electromagnets 13a-13e are provided to the beam 10 of the lower part of the hanging part 6 and moved in the directions of E and F by a motor-driven cylinder 12. In controlling the motors 3 and 7 and the cylinder 12 at the position of the sheet pile Y, when the delivery of sheet piles Y1 and Y2 to given positions is detected, the part 6 is brought down, the sheet piles Y1 and Y2 are lifted up and placed on a table by means of th magnet 13, next sheet piles Y3 and Y4 are likewise fed and overlapped on the sheet piles Y1 and Y2 by slightly biasing them, and the confirmation of labels (not illustrated) is therefore made easier. |
