发明名称 METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC FLUSHING AND EDDY CURRENT FLAW DETECTION OF TUBULAR CYLINDRICAL HEAT EXCHANGER
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform speedy, to secure operation in cooperation with automation, and to reduce the manhour of tube inspection, and to shorten a time, by inserting three nozzles into a tube at the same time and carrying out operations as three stages at the same time. CONSTITUTION:Three nozzles, i.e. water jet nozzle 1, air blow nozzle 2, and probe 3 for eddy current flaw detection are provided successively to a carriage 5 which slides along a horizontal guide rail 4. The water jet nozzle 1 is inserted into the tube of a heat exchanger firstly to remove foul from the internal surface of the tube; once the nozzle 1 is inserted into the tube entrance, the nozzle 1 while jetting water reversely advances in the tube and is braked at specific distance to be moved back at a specific speed. The air blow nozzle 2 is put close to the tube after the flushing to remove water remaining in the tube. Then, the probe 3 for eddy current flaw detection is inserted for inspection. Those three nozzles are inserted into the tube at the same time to perform the operation as three stages at a time, carrying out the operations speedily and securely.
