PURPOSE:To attain the redialing of an opposite station having the last originating but one by providing a means storing the content of a numeric button input having the last originating but one and a means storing the content of a numeric button input dialed precedingly. CONSTITUTION:In depressing a numeric button 4a corresponding to a telephone number of other opposite station, the telephone number station of the station is stored in, a 1st storage means 3b and a telephone number is sent from a dialing circuit 2 to the line (a) through a storage content read means 3e. The telephone number information of the preceding opposite station being busy is transferred from the means 36 to a 2nd storage means 3d through a telephone number transfer means 3c. Then in depressing a special dial button 5b, the telephone number of the opposite station being in busy state so far is dialed again.
