PURPOSE:To eliminate a dead space and to miniaturize a device by arranging a projecting part by the driving system of a first shifting means to shift an image pickup means in an X direction and the projecting part by the driving system of a second shifting means to shift in a Y direction to the same position. CONSTITUTION:The first shifting means to shift in the X direction by a guide rail a 42, a guide shaft 43, a first carriage 44, a roller 45, a slider 46, timing belts 47 and 48, pulleys 49 and 50, a speed reducing gear column 52 and a first pulse motor 53 is constituted, and the second shifting means to shift in the Y direction orthogonal to the X direction by a second carriage 54, a shaft 55, a timing belt 57, a pulley 58, a speed reducing gear column 59 and a second pulse motor 60 is constituted. The projecting part to occur by the first pulse motor 53 and the projecting part to occur by the second pulse motor 60 are arranged to the same place.
