<p>Benzothiazine compounds having the general formula:- …<CHEM>… wherein R<1> is lower alkyl opt. substituted by carboxy, aryl and carboxy(lower)cycloalkyl; aryl opt. substituted by halogen, lower alkyl, halo(lower)alkyl and lower alkoxy; haloarylamino; or heterocyclic group;… R<2> is hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkylamino(lower)alkyl, aryl or ar(lower)alkyl;… R<3> is hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy; and… n is 0, 1 or 2… their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are useful in the treatment of autoimmune diseases.</p> |
