<p>The olives are washed using a mixed system of sifting, winnowing and immersion in brine. Then follows a destoning process without breaking the stone and centrifuging the resulting pulp. The pulp is then dried, the stones are removed and the seeds are treated to extract oil. A fodder for cattle is obtd. from the pulp and the stones are used for other purposes.</p> |
