PURPOSE:To relieve the load of a control section independently of number of relay lines and number of digits of a sent number by providing a storage means in common to relay line trunks and independently of the control section. CONSTITUTION:In applying simultaneous command from a switch board 2 to one or plural sets of command receiving devices 5 accommodated in each command receiving station converter (SW) 4, the board 2 dials a number to a command station exchange 1 and selects a dialed number comprising the 1st digit number N1-the n-th digit number Nn decided by a simultaneous command. After a central controller 12 transfers the transmission number received from the switch board 2 to a signal distributer 16, the controller 12 starts each relay line trunk 15, which is connected to the switch board 2 via a channel network 11, then the board 2 is released from the simultaneous command connection, then each relay line trunk 15 extracts a transmission number from the signal distributer 16 to send it to a corresponding command receiving exchange 4.
