PURPOSE:To enable a user to easily use an optional telephone set on his peculiar set condition by storing set values of function keys in an IC card as the external storage medium. CONSTITUTION:An IC card 2 is inserted to an IC card insertion hole 3 and a key B1 is depressed. A key input data control part C2 stores data on RAM in accordance with depressed keys on a key operation part at the time of onetouch dialing register. If a key F1 is depressed, an IC card input/output control part C3 writes a table on the RAM into the IC card. When the IC card is inserted, the IC card input/output control part C3 reads in the IC card and develops the table on the RAM. When the key F1 is depressed, the key input data control part C2 refers to the function code in a position corresponding to the key F1 on the table to recognize one-touch dialing and transfers the control to a dial number sending part C4, and a registered dial number is sent to this table.
