A drawing board with a drawing rail for pupils is to be matched in terms of shape and size in such a way that the drawing board fits as an insert into a conventional ring binder. The technical design is to be such that the drawing rail can be guided over the guide webs (6, 12) in accordance with the requirements placed on a drawing board. The guide webs (6, 12) are of different widths, such that, when the narrower guide web (6) engages in the groove (13, 14), the drawing rail (4) can easily be displaced.
