PURPOSE:To rapidly carry out desalting and cleaning without impairing a product to be cleaned, by desalting and cleaning the product to be cleaned subjected to dry return in a permeation tank using a cleaning tank equipped with an ultrasonic vibrator and foam generator. CONSTITUTION:A product to be cleaned is thrown into a permeation tank A packed with water, subjected to dry return and simultaneously attached product such as dust floated up is discharged and removed from an overflow tube 13 and then the product to be dried is sent into a cleansing tank B by driving a transferring device D. 20-60KHz frequency is then applied to supersonic vibrators 1 arranged in the circumferential wall and bottom face of the tank B to provide supersonic vibration to the product to be cleaned and simultaneously particle air or ozone is blown from a foam spraying nozzle 2 into the tank B to carry out separation of the attached dirt and desalting. The product to be cleaned is transferred through a transferring device D to a dehydration tank C, where the closing lid 10 of the tank is closed to seal the tank and air is sent from an aeration tube 11 to a tank C or the pressure in the tank C is reduced and the tank C is dehydrated.
