PURPOSE:To execute a miniaturization and to increase the degree of freedom of a parts lay-out at a mounting time by compassing the main part of a function of an electronic circuit and an LED display, etc. CONSTITUTION:Up-down counters C1-C4, a time dividing multiplexing converting means 4 and data displays D1-D4 to digital-display data are provided. By operating desired count switches S1-S4, the up-down counters C1-C4 of a correspondent digit is up-counted or down-counted, displayed by the data displays D1-D4, time dividing multiplexing-converted and outputted to an external part. Since a digit interlocking switches S11-S14 to connect the carry output or the borrow output of the digit to the upper rank digit are provided, a carry and a borrow can be automatically executed. Thus, the constitution of a small size can be obtained and the lay-out of composing parts can be freely executed.
