<p>The invention relates to a cuff for automatic blood pressure measurement, comprising two bands (2, 3) of fabric which are fixed one upon the other and between which there is housed an inflatable envelope (16), the internal band (2) being provided on its inner face with a bag (9) in which there is housed a sensor (2), such as a microphone. The cuff according to the invention comprises, on the outer face (12) of the internal band (2), in the zone of the said bag (9), at least one fastening device (18, 19) for the removable attachment of an adhesive patch to the human body.
