PURPOSE:To massproduce human immune interferon (I-IF) having activity to resist cell propagation and high antitumor activity inexpensively, by cultivating a host which is transformed by a novel DNA containing a basic arrangement coding human I-IF polypeptide. CONSTITUTION:A cell to secrete human I-IF such as human peripheral blood lymph cell, etc. is cultivated, mRNA coding human I-IF is separated from the cell, and cDNA is synthesized using mRNA as a template. A double-chain DNA converted from it is integrated into a plasmid, and a plasmid having DNA containing the desired basic arrangement shown by the formula (X is TAA, TGA, or TAG) is obtained from a culture mold of a host which is transformed by the recombined plasmid. If necessary, the desired cloned DNA is cut out from the plasmid, and connected to the downstream of a promoter (preferably trp promoter, or PL promoter) in a vehicle. |
