USE:An inhibitor for angiotensin converting enzymes and enzymes hydrolyzing bradykinin (kininase) useful for the diagnosis, prevention or treatment of hypertension. PROCESS:A compound expressed by formula II is condensed with a compound expressed by formula III under reductive conditions or a compound expressed by formula IV is condensed with a compound expressed by formula V or a reactive derivative at the COOH group thereof to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I .</p> |
