PURPOSE:To improve the vibration proof and impact resistance of a cathode filament, by producing a clearance between a yoke and a lower magnet, while making both a vibration and an impact hard to be transmitted to a body from a downside plate via the lower magnet. CONSTITUTION:The depth h of a drawn part on the bottom of a filter case 2a and the plate thickness t of a yoke 3a are assumed so respectively, it comes to h>t so that there produces a clearance between the yoke 3a and a lower magnet 5. Since the yoke 3a does not directly come into contact with the lower magnet 5, vibrations in the yoke 3a are merely transmitted indirectly by way of the filter case 2a via a narrow contact surface between the filter case 2a and the lower magnet 5 at the utmost. Thus such a magnetron that is hard to burn out a cathode filament can be secured. |
