PURPOSE:To enable to bond the surface member to a core member strongly without increasing the mass through the increase in the usage amount of adhesives, by taking three dimensional net metal as the core member and sticking the surface member through the use of foaming adhesives on the surface. CONSTITUTION:Epoxy resin is taken as the main agent and it is mixed with curing and foaming agents to obtain a foaming adhesives. Paint material is made by forming this foaming adhesives to a desired thick sheet or scattering it in solvent. The foaming adhesive film is inserted between the core member of a three-dimensional net metal 5 and a metal foil or surface member of plastic film, or the foaming adhesive paint is coated on the surface member and pushed on the core member for heating and pressing process. During this processing, the foaming adhesives are foamed and expanded and immersed to vacant holes 7 of the three dimensional net metal 5 and cured to bond the surface member and the core member. |
