<p>A saddle mounting arrangement has two support blocks which are aligned vertically with respect to main frame members and are connected by means of bolts so that no mounting plate is necessary. The main support can be either a main support on the carriage of a tractor or an auxiliary support. Bolts can be inserted horizontally or vertically. When corresponding openings are present in the main supports or auxiliary supports, the saddle mounting arrangement can be configured to be adjustable without sliding carriage members or mounting bases. Support blocks can be arranged to be movable transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle in order to facilitate vertical alignment with the supports.</p> |
