PURPOSE:To obtain directly the position of a picture from the ground surface, by presuming the observing time point of a spot on the earth to obtain the satellite-GCP vector and then repeating the satellite-GCP vector process so that the obtained satellite-GCP vector is contained in the sensor working surface of the satellite. CONSTITUTION:The observing time point of a spot on the earth is presumed at an initial time point processing part 3, and the satellite-GCP vector is obtained at a satellite-GCP vector processing part 4 and through a satellite local coordinate system. A deciding part 5 decides whether the obtained satellite-GCP vector is contained in the sensor working surface or not. If the said vector is contained in the sensor working surface, the conversion is converged to calculate the line number and the pixel number through a picture position calculating part 6. Otherwise the time is corrected at a time correction calculating part 7, and the satellite-GCP vector process is repeated at the part 4. |
