发明名称 WIRE NETTING
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve drastically strength of fiber-reinforced resin(FRP) used as a reinforcing member, by a method wherein a very fine ultrahigh-strength metallic wire whose fiber interval, particle and wire diameters possess specific values respectively is used as a warp and weft stranded wires by arranging processed cells of specific value in a fibrous state. CONSTITUTION:A wire net 1 of plain weave structure is obtained by weaving a warp and weft stranded wires 2, 3 together. In the warp and weft stranded wires 2, 3, ultrafine cells of 5-100Angstrom generated through heavy processing of at least one side of them are arranged in a fibrous state unidirectionally and they are obtained by twisting together a plurality of very fine metallic wires 4 possessing a metallic system whose space between fibers is 50-1000Angstrom and a wire diameter of 160mum or shorter. Any of the stranded wires also is formed in a corrugated form through bending and woven so that the space becomes fixed one. The weft stranded wire 3 turned over inward at the right and left ends of the wire net 1 and a reversal part is continuous without being cut off. In the case when the same is used for reinforcement such as FRP, since the strength of the very fine metallic wire 4 is improved remarkably as 300-600kgf/mm<2> as compared with a conventional annealed material, the strength of the material such as the FRP is improved.
