PURPOSE:To fix the spring part within a short period of time and improve the assembling work by forming the fixing part of a spring supporting a coil base and a base with a low melting point alloy having a particular melting point. CONSTITUTION:A moving coil 13 of a moving coil type magnet is used as a flat coil 15 wound in flat around a coil base 14 and then a wire 16 is fixed thereto. Moreover, a spring part 17 is provided for restoring the coil 13 and this spring part 17 is inserted into a potting hole 19 provided to the base 18 together with a low melting point alloy piece 20 having the melting point of 200 deg.C or lower. A high frequency current is applied to a high frequency coil 21 provided to such base 18, thereby the alloy piece 20 within the hole 19 fuses, fixing the spring part 17 onto the base 18. The coil 13 is then arranged within the gap 25 formed by a pair of magnets 23, 24 fixed on the magnet base 22, a current is applied to the coil 15 and the wire 16 is pushed to the left side by a guide of the wire guide 26. Thereby, assembling of impact type printer can be simplified. |
