PURPOSE:To facilitate the quality stabilization of a positive electrode mold black mix and improve the storage performance by using a copolymer of polyacrylic sodium and polyacrylamide as a binding agent of the positive electrode mold black mix. CONSTITUTION:Electricity generating elements comprised of a positive electrode mold black mix 16, a negative electrode 18 made of lithium, and a separator impregnated with a nonaqueous electrolyte are filled in a cell case comprised of a positive electrode can 10 concurrently serving as a positive electrode terminal, a negative electrode terminal section 12, and a sealing gasket 14. In addition, a conductive film 22 is inserted between the positive electrode mold black mix 16 and positive electrode can 10 to improve the electric contact between them. The positive electrode mold black mix 16 mentioned above is produced by adding a copolymer of polyacrylic sodium and polyacrylamide as a binding agent to a mixture of manganese dioxide as an active material and carbon black as a conductive material and wet-kneading, then rolling and crushing it, and the granulated positive electrode active material is molded by pressure and dried into a pellet shape. |
