PURPOSE:To perform stable loading and improve its safety, by flatly pressing the upper surface of goods with a pressor after transferring the goods to a pallet from a load bed, whose lowering level is detectively controlled, when the closely collected soft goods conveyed through a conveyer are loaded to the pallet. CONSTITUTION:If goods g1-g3 on a conveyer 1 come to a prescribed position, a transfer piece 5 moves in the direction of an arrow head to transfer the goods g1-g3 onto a conveyer belt V. Then the transfer piece 5 and a load bed H are retracted in the respective direction. And then the belt V is moved in a direction X1 and the goods g1 are stopped immediately above an arranged pallet 33. Therefore, the belt V is moved running in a direction X2 and the goods g1 are dropped on the pallet 33. Then the load bed H advances to receive the next goods g2 and retracts again. Here a pressor P lowers to flatly press the goods g1 on the pallet 33 and then loads the next stage goods g2. By this repetition, the goods are stably loaded, and safety is improved then collapse of a load can be prevented. |
