PURPOSE:To form a gas separation film superior in permeability, separation performance, and physical film property, by using a copolymer of 3-alkyne and 1- alkyne specified in structure for said film. CONSTITUTION:A copolymer of alkylated acetylene units A obtained from alkylated acetylene such as 3-hexyne, 3-octyne, 3-nonyne, 3-decyne, 3-dodecyne, or the like and alkylated acetylene units B obtained from tertiary butyl-, tertiary pentyl-, or neopentyl-acetylene in 10/0-1/9 A/B wt. ratio is dissolved in a proper solvent, and cast into a film. The obtained film is superior in permeability, distinguished in performance of separation of O2 from N2, and easily formable into a thin film. |
