PURPOSE:To prevent dust, various germs and the like from getting into the inside of a synthetic resin film together with air by forming a folded section while an outer layer bag material is pushed into between one pleat crest of the synthetic resin film until a section formed with the other pleat. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical synthetic resin film 7 having crests 8, 8 of a crimp folded inwardly along side edges is disposed on a piece of kraft paper 6, and a rising section 8' is formed by raising a crest 8 of one pleat, and then the rising section 8' is inserted into an engaging channel 3 and transferred. The rising section 8' is supported from both sides by a supporting frame 9 and a folded piece 10a of an inner side supporting plate 10 and a rising wall 11a of an outer side supporting plate 11, and a part 6a of the paper 6 is folded toward the rising section 8'. The rising section 8' is further folded along the inclination of a derivative 12 by being transferred further, and the part 6a of the paper 6 is pushed between the crest 8 and the rising section 8' by revolving rolls 14, 15 and 16 to form a folded section 17, and the part 6a of the paper 6 is folded along the bottom surface of the film 7. |
