PURPOSE:To dissolve water leakage from a joining part and reduce constitutent components by cutting a sealed edge part and forming a drain hole after forming the inner face side pan of a drain pan of a resin-made sheet, making a part thereof like an edge-sealed cylinder and integrally forming a drainage system and a resin foam material. CONSTITUTION:A drain pan body 5 is a resin foam material and made box-like. A pan 6 constitutes the inner face of a drainage system 5, which has a properly inclined face 6a and collects drain 7 in a storage part 6b. A part of the storage part 6b is formed more downward and the edge of the cylindrical pipe 8 is sealed. The pan 6 and the drain pan body 5 is integrally formed with the edge of the cylindrical pipe 8 sealed and the cylindrical part 8 is projected a little higher than the lower face 5a of the drain pan body 5. Next said sealed part is cut to become an opening of a drain hole 9. The pan 6 is a resin this plate and a part thereof is formed to become a drain hole 9 to utilize, but the edge of the pipe 8 is integrally formed with it sealed and thereafter opened because the guarantee of pipe thickness is difficult and the edge thereof is changeable at the time of the integral formation with the drainage system 5. |
