PURPOSE:To ensure continuation of data processing, by degenerating after deleting a faulty system in case an instruction buffer or an instruction register has a fault. CONSTITUTION:An error of an instruction buffer 1 or an instruction register 6 is detected by an error detector 8. While an error detector 9 detects an error of an instruction buffer 2 or an instruction register 7. When an A system error signal 11 is delivered, the use is inhibited for the buffer 1 and the register 6. Thus the buffer 2 and the register 7 are used to continue the data processing. When a B system error signal 12 is produced during data processing, an instruction register error signal is generated for the first time to stop the data processing. When the signal 12 is delivered first, the buffer 1 and the register 6 are used to continue the data processing. |
