PURPOSE:To obtain the titled panel having no deterioration of thermal efficiency resulting from irradiation of heat without resulting in a crack or damage by a small shock, by a method wherein a material of the titled panel is full of cushioning character and is superior in its airtight, watertight and weatherproof characters compared with that applying materials, such as glass, synthetic resin or metal as usual. CONSTITUTION:A plane transparent rubber sheet 3 is made to adhere on the top of a heat insulating material 1 for unification through a corrugated rubber sheet 2 whose surface and/or backside is provided with a heat reflecting layer 2a. A heat collecting rubber pipe 4 through which a heat transmission medium can be led on the backside of the transparent rubber sheet 3 is sticked so that the heat collecting rubber pipe 4 is placed on a hollow part 2b of corrugated part of the corrugated rubber sheet 2 in a meandering state for unification. |
