PURPOSE:To obtain a commutatorless DC motor which is safe and has high reliability by preventing a pair of transistors which are connected symmetrically in complement to receive the outputs of differential circuits connected with Hall elements between the bases from simultaneously becoming ON. CONSTITUTION:When the transistor TrQ1 of a differential circuit DF1 becomes ON by the phase detection output of a Hall element P1, a current which is equal to the energizing current of the TrQ18 of a current mirror circuit is flowed from a DC power source +B1, but since the TrQ2 is OFF, the current of the TrQ18 is flowed via the TrQ28 of the sorter of the TrQ18 of an output circuit, and the TrQ18 is turned ON. Since almost no current is flowed to the TrQ18 of the current mirror circuit even if the TrQ2 of the circuit DF1 is, on the contrary, turned ON, the current flowed out from the TRQ2 of the sorter is flowed to the TrQ2, thereby turning the TrQ2 ON, and the TrQ15 of the output circuit is turned ON. Stator coils L1-L3 can be sequentially excited by sequentially performing such operation for the TrQ13-Q18 of the output circuit. |
