PURPOSE:To eliminate chattering, by comparing the state change of a signal existing before the present time point and stored in two memories storing temporarily information with that of a signal generated freshly. CONSTITUTION:When the signal name stored in a memory 402 is equal to the signal name supplied freshly through an input part 202, the signal information is temporarily stored in a memory 403 as long as the state of signal is off and set at ''0''. The signal information is disused if the state of signal is on and set at ''1'', and the contents of the memory 403 are turned into insignificant information. A timer 404 is initialized when the state of signal is on and off, respectively. While the timer 404 is priodically counted down. If the significant signal information is temporarily stored in the memory 403 when the count value of the timer 404 is set at 0, the signal information of the memory 403 is delivered to a central processor 203. Then the contents of the memory 403 are turned into insignificant information. |
