PURPOSE:To enable the use of multiple kinds and sizes of paper, the containing of a large volume of paper and the supply of various kinds of paper by providing an auxiliary paper feeder of a multistage type or the like in a paper feed section. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary paper feeder is provided to a cabinet 10 in addition to the main paper feeder of the body of a copying machine. Cassette trays 14 for two kinds of sizes of paper are provided in said feeder. The trays are connected to the body by means of guides 15. The paper in the trays 14 is fed along the guides 15 by feed means consisting of delivery rolls 13 and conveyance rolls 16. Since the sizes of the trays 14 vary, many kinds of paper are usable. If the cassette trays contg. a large volume of paper are used, copying of a large volume simultaneously is also made possible. A friction belt system is also usable in place of the rolls 13. |
