PURPOSE:To detect and prevent contact sliding between a core slider and a disc at normal operation by connecting temperature sensitive elements attached to four corners of the core slider in bridge, and when the outputs of said elements exceed a set threshold, generating an alarm. CONSTITUTION:The temperature sensitive elements 135a-135d are embedded in the four corners of the core slider 13aa and covered 134 on the same surface as the floating surface of a flat and their connecting terminals are pulled out. These temperature sensitive elements are bridged and their temperature difference signal is inputted to comparison amplifiers 21a, 21b and compared with the lower and upper limit thresholds VREF1, VREF2. When the floating surface 131 is free from contact sliding, the temperture difference output VS is kept at about ''0'' and the temperature difference output signal VO is kept at its low level. If contact sliding is generated, the bridge connection is unbalanced, and when the signal VS exceeds, the signal VO is turned to the high level and the temperature difference output alarm is generated. Receiving starting and stop signals, a timer circuit 22 holds both the signals to hold the suppression of the temperature output signal. |
