PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of a memory circuit and to alleviate the working amount at the data storage time by obtaining an energization command signal of variable phase to a phase signal and enabling to set the frequency and amplitude. CONSTITUTION:An energization command generator 6 has a distribution counter 61 which inputs a carrier signal FC of constant frequency pulse train signal, devides in frequency the signal and produces a time division carrier signal thetaalpha0, a code converter 62 which produces timing signals P1, P2 in response to the time division carrier signal thetaalpha0, and digital adder 63 which adds a reference signal theta0 and a phase difference signal thetaalpha from a phase difference decoder 60 to obtain a phase signal theta1. Then, a memory circuit 64 which inputs by address the signal S and the signal theta1, and stores waveform data in response to the address input, latch circuits 65, 66 which latch the output data MD of the memory circuit 64, D/A converters 67, 68, and an adder 69. |
