PURPOSE:To improve the deterioration in the processing efficiency when a load is large, by providing an access control section dividing plural access requests into high/low priority levels and forming a queue table to a terminal controller. CONSTITUTION:When the request is an access request to a disc device 2 in a terminal system, the high or low priority level information corresponding to files or devices are set in file control blocks FCBs 8, 8' storing the control information for the file access attached to application programs AP16, AP26' of a terminal controller 1. When an access control section 5 receives an access request from AP1, AP2, the corresponding FCB is reference to acquire the priority level information and to divide the level into priority levels for the formation of a separate queue table 7, and the access to the device 2 is done in response to the priority level. Thus, a higher priority level to an access request giving effect on the operability of the operator especially, allowing to proceed smoothly the conversation type processing. |
